Established in 1975, 12 Air Force Hospital is a cornerstone of military healthcare in Northern India, operating under the direct command of the Indian Air Force. Located strategically in Uttar Pradesh, our facility serves as a tertiary care referral center for multiple Air Force stations and Army units across the region.

Patient Admission

Admissions are processed through the Central Admission Office (CAO) located near the main entrance. Please bring your service/ dependent ID card, referral letter (if applicable), and any previous medical records.

  • Emergency admissions: Direct to Casualty
  • Elective admissions: Prior appointment required
  • ICU/ HDU: Specialist referral necessary

OPD Schedule

Outpatient Department operates Monday to Saturday (except Gazetted Holidays). Registration counters open at 7:30 AM. Specialist OPDs run on specific days:

  • Mon, Wed, Fri: Medicine, Surgery, Ortho
  • Tue, Thu, Sat: Pediatrics, Gynae, Eye, ENT
  • Daily: Emergency OPD & Casualty

Tele-consultation available for remote areas.

Medical Records Department (MRD) maintains all patient files digitally. To obtain a copy of your medical report or discharge summary:

  • Submit written application at MRD counter
  • Provide valid ID proof
